Pricing Rates
We have three tiers for event pricing. ALL THREE​:​​

Include event planning, travel within 60 miles of the Twin Cities, high-quality sound, dance lighting, set-up and tear-down, interactive emceeing and an experienced DJ.

Require an introductory visit with Adam, then a $250 deposit to lock in the date.​

Are flexible. We can work with most budgets and have even been known to barter!

Tier 1: $150 /hr +$250 deposit
Is your event:
​
1. Less than 150 people (or, if it's an event where people are coming and going, less than 150 at one time)?
​
2. Limited to one or two locations (like one for ceremony and one for cocktails/reception) and within 50 feet of a power source?

3. Happy with dance lighting and an awesome DJ (or do you need smoke machines, projectors/screens, integrated karaoke, cold sparks, etc.)?

If you answered "Yes" to all three, this sounds like your tier.
Tier 2: $200 /hr +$250 deposit
Is your event:
​
1. Between 150-250 people (or, if it's an event where people are coming and going, fewer than 250 people at any given time)?
​​​
2. Spread out between three or more locations, or in the woods/beach or somewhere far away from a power outlet?
​​​
3. Needing a few "extras" like uplighting, smoke machine, projector/screen for slideshow and integrated karaoke?

If you answered "Yes" to a couple of these, this is likely your tier.

Tier 3: $300 /hr +$250 deposit
Is your event:
​
1. Between 250-500 people (or, if it's an event where people are coming and going, fewer than 500 people at any given time)?
​
2. Spread out between multipe locations (so that the DJ will need to bring an assistant) and/or far away from a power outlet (so that the DJ will need to bring a power bank and traverse with gear to arrive at location)?
​
3. Needing allll the "extras" (like uplighting, glow sticks, shutter glasses, smoke machines, projectors/screens, integrated karaoke, and monogrammed initials?

If you answered "Yes" any or all of these, this is the tier for you!

We want it allll!
Monogram our initials on a gobo and shine them on the wall. Make the first dance look like it's "on the clouds." Add some uplights and put the dance lights on a lighting tress, since you'll have a DJ sidekick.
Speaking of which, please have your other DJ run a kids dance party while the adults dance, drink wine, visit, or all three.
Stay as late as we want. Maybe it's midnight, maybe it's 3am. We don't want to do the per-hour calculations. Make this as painless as possible for us. Please and thank you.
